If you live intestate , you can post your unit to us at the above address by arrangement using our Australia Post Account. We also have a pick up service through Australia Post Click this link to see form. Australia Post charge is between $15 and $25 normally.
For an accurate diagnosis, we need the control power pack AND the cell (not the cell housing if separate items).
If you are bringing the powerpack and cell into us directly we would also ask you to bring in 5 Lt. of pool water as well to assist with diagnosis. Without these items, an accurate diagnosis is not always possible.
On receipt of your unit we will diagnose it’s chlorine efficiency and quote any necessary repairs with in 3 to 5 business days subject to season.
We will not proceed with any chlorinator repairs until you have approved the quote.
A standard quote fee of $80 applies to chlorinators or $20.00 on salt cells . This investigation fee is transfer to your invoice on acceptance of the quote.
Repair labor charges usually range from $60 to $75 (plus parts and investigation fee)
